I studied what is called "teknisk fysik", which is a five-year engineering degree/master+bachelor course in math, physics and computer science at KTH, the royal institute of technology in Stockholm.

The first three years are mandatory, and then there's a choice of master's degree. I took the master's course in mathematics and particularly I was interested in algebra and topology.

I was in Munich for my master's thesis, which was on Útale homotopy, a field where homotopy theory is applied to algebraic geometry. Supervisors were Fabien Morel (LMU) and David Rydh (KTH).
